ESTABLISHING A
RESTORING THE FOUNDATIONS MINISTRY
IN YOUR CHURCH
The Healing House Network and Higher Life Ministries of Colorado Springs, CO have established the following steps to insure the successful establishment of a Restoring The Foundations Ministry (RTFM) program within the overall ministry of a church:
Step 1: Have a Healing/Deliverance Seminar to introduce the ministry to the leadership and members of the church. This seminar provides a more complete revelation of God’s healing, deliverance and freedom promises, plus the opportunity to experience God’s healing first hand. The format for this seminar is five (or sometimes four) three-hour sessions, covering the four ministry areas. The cost for this seminar is $1900*. This cost can be covered by a love offering from the church, or by fees charged to the attendees.
Step 2: Have an Issue Focused Activation Seminar for leaders to gain some “hands on” experience. The format for this seminar is six, three-hour sessions. There is a “live” demonstration of the RTF Issue-Focused Ministry by the seminar leaders. In this seminar the attendees “practice” ministering to one another under the oversight of the seminar leaders. The cost for this seminar is $1900*. This cost can be covered by a love offering from the church, or by fees charged to the attendees.
Step 3: Establish the policies and procedures for the people of the congregation to receive ministry. We can help with recommendations and samples.
Step 4: Determine who will be the lead person/couple to give oversight to the ministry.
Step 5: Release the trained people to minister the Issue-Focused ministry.
Step 6: Determine who in the congregation has the desire/calling to use the RTFM to minister to the members using the thorough format.
Step 7: Have the lead person/couple receive the full RTF ministry by qualified RTF ministers. The fee is $950* per person/ $1950* per couple.
Step 8: Have the lead person/couple observe the full RTF ministry for two individuals or a couple being conducted by the qualified RTF ministers. (30-35 hours) (Cost - $100 per trainee, each potential RTF minister receives a copy of the Ministry Tools manual, a copy of Effective Listening, and ministry prayer cards)
Step 9: Have the lead person/couple be trained by the qualified RTF ministers during actual ministry to two individuals or a couple. Approximately twice the amount of time is required for the training. (45 -55 hours) (Cost - $250 per trainee)
Step 10: Release the trained people to minister, those trained to do the full RTFM and those who will be doing the Issue-Focused ministry.
